Following the Government’s Plan B for COVID announcement on 8th December 2021, we are letting our customers know that our venue capacity falls well below the limit for requiring COVID passports or negative LFTs and at this point, we will not be asking for either. We will however continue to monitor the situation in our community, and we are in regular contact with the Music Venue Trust who are best placed to advise us on this. If we believe it is appropriate at some point in the future, we will ask for negative LFTs or PCRs for entry to gigs in the Ballroom. These measures will not impact the Totnes Brewing Co downstairs where there is ventilation and it’s easier to socially distance if you choose to.
We totally understand that some customers may not now feel comfortable attending gigs at the risk of ruining their Christmas plans. If you would like to receive a refund for your purchased tickets, please contact Ticketweb or Eventbrite (whoever you bought your ticket from) asap and no less than 24 hours before the gig. Please note the ticket issuing companies do not release funds until seven days after gigs so we will be unable to help you with refunds if you do not instigate this in time. In this case, the ticket money will go to the artists. For further clarification please see the Terms & Conditions of the relevant ticket issuing company. If any gig is cancelled at the last minute, refunds will be automatically instigated by the ticket issue companies but this may take up to seven days. In the meantime, we are still doing all we can to keep our venue as COVID-safe as possible under the current guidelines. Many thanks for your patience and understanding. We will update here and on our social media feeds if there are any further developments.
Here’s looking forward to a brighter 2022!
